SHIPPING: If Teletime.ca ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

Shipping Limitations

Three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas.

Most smaller items (cameras, camcorders, video players, etc.) can be shipped anywhere in Canada.

Large items: For some shipping addresses located in the three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas, the actual shipping charge on larger items such as televisions, stands or large speakers may exceed those that are calculated at the time you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will get an exact quote for shipping and notify you of any extra charges prior to shipping your order. If after this notification you do not accept the actual shipping charges, your order will cancelled and refunded immediately upon your request.

Acceptance of delivery
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Teletime to be authorized to receive the products.

Unfortunately Teletime and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery. When delivered by Canada Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Teletime if re-delivery is required.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

If a product turns out to be damaged upon receiving the shipment. The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to be eligible for free shipping on exchanges. 

We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Teletime., which operates Teletime.ca.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit/ debit card when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order or by calling 1-(905) 273-5550. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective. We do not return the items once final sale is done online.

We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.
